Item # BRL-12 Greg Pruitt Greg Pruitt was one of the most exciting running backs to play in the NFL. In 1973 to 1975, he led the team in both punt and kickoff returns each year. His flashy style of running will long be remembered by fans and Greg was probably a major reason why the NFL outlawed the tear-away jersey. Pruitt had three consecutive 1,000 yard seasons with Cleveland. He was also a member of the Brown's 1980 AFC Central Division Championship team.
